Saw is likely to be the Kungfu Panda in the house! He is short, big and always smiling. He has never been thin and is aching to find out how it feels. He has always been overweight, in part due to the fact that his family, seeking to comfort after the death of his mother at age two, overfed and pampered him. He comes from Penang and the wonderful variety of foods in his home town is constantly tempting him to indulge in the meals he so loves.
Naturally shy and inhibited, Saw feels more comfortable by himself. He says “The world outside is not meant for people like us.” Saw feels that The Biggest Loser Asia is his only chance for change and a full and healthy life.
Having recently returned from a stint working in London, England, Saw has decided that enough is enough. He has finally been honest with himself about his addiction to food and with the support of his loving family, has put his journey in the hands of the Biggest Loser team.
