Q: Who can participate?
A: The program is open to both Fitness First members and non-members. Applicants must be
citizens and residents of Asia and can speak English fluently. He or she must have the desire
and commitment to lose weight once and for all to gain a healthy body.
      
Q: Am I heavy enough to apply?
A: If you personally feel that you're obese, and that your weight has been setting you back in
life, you're encouraged to audition.
      
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Your completed registration form from the website and if possible, some photos of yourself
from different weights throughout your life.
      
Q: What do I need to wear on audition day?
A: Come in your exercise gear. Avoid wearing white or stripes.
      
Q: If I can't make it on the audition dates, can I still audition?
A: You can send in your audition by post, find us at www.biggestloserasia.com/contactus.html
until 25th June. Alternatively, you can submit your application online.
      
Q: How does the online audition go?
A: You have to visit the link www.biggestloserasia.com/signup, fill out the on-line registration
form, upload a full length, front facing photo of yourself if you like, and wait for a call from
the producers.

Q: How many contestants will make it to the show?
A: There will be no specific number of contestants per country.
      
Q: Who will be the trainers?
A: Dave Nuku and Kristy Curtis.

Q: When does filming begin and how long does it last?
A: You will need to be available from the 9th of July until the 3rd of October.

      
Q: When does the 1st episode air?
A: BLA will air in late 2010.
      
Q: How do I know if my application has been received?
A: Online entries: will be notified immediately upon successful application by email
Snail Mail entries: Only successful candidates will be notified.
      
Q: When will I know if I'm on the show?
A: Successful Applicants will be notified by July 5th

Q: Do I receive a salary?
A: Contestants living expenses during filming will be covered however no additional
remuneration will be made available.
      
Q: Where is the show being filmed and where will I be living?
A: In Malaysia at a secret purpose built location.

Q: Will I have any contact with my family and friends during the show?
A: You will have contact with your loved ones periodically and at the producers' discretion
during the show.
      
Q: Can I leave the show during filming if I am unhappy with my circumstances?
A: Leaving your program is discouraged and suitable psychological counseling will be on hand
to ascertain the nature of your issues and support you through any challenges you may
encounter during filming.

Q: Will my exercise programme be medically supervised throughout the show?
A: Medical professionals will be constantly monitoring your exercise programme, diet and
general health.
